 2023-2024 TUITION AND FEE SCHEDULE

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE: A registration fee of $280 per student is due by May 1 for the Fall school year.  Once we receive your registration fee and completed the enrollment process, Cornerstone Christian School (CCS) will reserve a place for your child.  Families accepted into the school after May 1 will have seven days to pay the registration fee.  During that time CCS will continue to hold a place for your child.

Families who have requested tuition reduction are expected to pay registration fees to reserve a place for their child.

TUITION:  Tuition for the 2023-2024 academic year is shown below:

TUITION PAYMENT: The annual tuition is divided into ten equal payments, due by the 5th or 20th of each month, beginning July 2023 and ending April 2024.  Automatic payment is available. Other payment plans can be requested.  Please contact the bookkeeper to request a change to your payment plan.

LATE PAYMENT AND NSF FEES:  A late fee of $10 will be charged if we do not receive your payment within 5 days of your due date.  Please note:  If your account becomes sixty days delinquent, we may suspend your child(ren) until the account is paid.  Checks returned from the bank will result in a $15 handling fee plus any fees the bank charges CCS.  The school reserves the right to deny enrollment for the following year based upon recurring late payments.  CCS reserves the right to send delinquent accounts to a collection agency.

APPEALS: If you will have difficulty making a payment on time, please submit a written appeal to the headmaster prior to your due date, and we will do everything we can to work with you.  If we find out after the fact, you may be charged a late fee.

GIFT GIVING: We encourage parents to prayerfully consider giving above their tuition to help the school provide more services to you and those less able.  The State of California and the IRS recognize CCS as a 501(c)(3) religious non-profit corporation.  Any gifts to the school above your registration, tuition, and fees are tax deductible.

TUITION REDUCTION:  In the spirit of Galatians 6:2-5, Cornerstone Christian School will consider the possibility of reducing tuition to help families with demonstrated need.  To be considered for tuition reduction, a family must meet with the Headmaster as soon as possible before continuing with the enrollment process.  

WITHDRAWAL FROM SCHOOL:  When you enroll your child at CCS, we make financial decisions based on your commitment.  Should you withdraw your child prior to the end of the school year, the following policies apply in order for our school to remain fiscally responsible:

1. We will use the total number of days your child was enrolled to calculate the tuition due (annual tuition ÷ number of days in the school year x days enrolled) and add a withdrawal penalty equal to three-tenths of a year’s tuition.  If you have not yet paid this total, it must be paid promptly.  If you have already paid more than this total, CCS will refund the difference.
2. In the case of unusual circumstances beyond your control, you may submit a written appeal to the administration/Board requesting a relaxation of this withdrawal policy.

Registration fees are non-refundable.
