| Our library exists as a source of good books for students across all the grades. Elementary students visit the library every other week to select a book for free reading or for participation in the Book-It reading program. The library offers books at many reading levels, and library staff help elementary students to select books appropriate to their reading ability.Junior high and high school students are encouraged to read broadly and can work towards the 12th grade award of reading 100 books from the Recommended Reading List. The library provides copies of many of these books for them to borrow.
The library supports teachers by buying books that relate to themes they teach throughout the school year. Teachers can borrow these books for use in the classroom.
